The Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services (LCDES) strives to implement some of the most advanced, secure, and reliable equipment and services to support of all of our first responder agencies. We believe that providing the best communications and technology to Law, Fire, and EMS agencies allows for a better level of service. In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
